Fluffy, Delicious Bread Machine Rolls

Hey there! This post may contain affiliate links, which means I may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you, if you make a purchase through a link. Please see my full disclosure for further information.

I am absolutely loving my bread machine. I use it for everything now. Pizza dough, sandwich bread, and now rolls. We don’t buy bread often because I make all our bread. But making bread was kind of becoming my full time job. So my husband got me a bread machine to see if it helped. And it is amazing! I can put all the ingredients in before I go to bed, and wake up to freshly baked bread.

My best friend started doing pizza dough in her bread machine, and since then, I have just been using my bread machine for as much as possible. I have been trying out different recipes, and these rolls have been a huge hit. After I made them the first time, I had to make them 3 more times that week because my kids were obsessed and couldn’t get enough. I’ve brought them to family dinners a couple times and they go so fast. And it is so easy to make.

I’ve made these rolls so many times, and tweaked the recipe a bit until I got it just right. I can’t wait for you to try it out.

And if you don’t have a bread machine yet, I really love mine. You can get the same one at this link.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Mix & Rise Time 1 hour 30 minutes
Cook Time 16 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 51 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) Instant Yeast
  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the bread machine in the order they are written above.
  2. Mix and rise in the bread machine. If you have the same machine that I have (linked in post and below), you will need to do a 'raw dough' cycle, then a 30 minute 'ferment' cycle.
  3. Spray a 9x13 pan. I use butter rather than spray. It works amazing! I just take about half a tablespoon of butter and rub it all over the bottom of the pan, and halfway up the sides.
  4. Take your dough out of the bread machine and place on a lightly floured counter.
  5. Shape your dough into 15 equal sized rolls, and place evenly spaced in pan.
  6. Preheat oven to 200°. Once preheated, turn the oven off, and place your pan in the hot oven to rise for 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  7. Remove pan from the oven. Preheat oven to 350°.
  8. Once preheated, put the pan back in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  9. After baking, rub the tops of the rolls with a stick of butter, or brush with melted butter. And Enjoy!
