I am absolutely loving my bread machine. I use it for everything now. Pizza dough, sandwich bread, and now rolls. We don’t buy bread often because I make all our bread. But making bread was kind of becoming my full time job. So my husband got me a bread machine to see if it helped. And it is amazing! I can put all the ingredients in before I go to bed, and wake up to freshly baked bread.
My best friend started doing pizza dough in her bread machine, and since then, I have just been using my bread machine for as much as possible. I have been trying out different recipes, and these rolls have been a huge hit. After I made them the first time, I had to make them 3 more times that week because my kids were obsessed and couldn’t get enough. I’ve brought them to family dinners a couple times and they go so fast. And it is so easy to make.
I’ve made these rolls so many times, and tweaked the recipe a bit until I got it just right. I can’t wait for you to try it out.
And if you don’t have a bread machine yet, I really love mine. You can get the same one at this link.
Fluffy, Delicious Bread Machine Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) Instant Yeast
- 3 cups All Purpose Flour
Instructions
- Add ingredients to the bread machine in the order they are written above.
- Mix and rise in the bread machine. If you have the same machine that I have (linked in post and below), you will need to do a 'raw dough' cycle, then a 30 minute 'ferment' cycle.
- Spray a 9x13 pan. I use butter rather than spray. It works amazing! I just take about half a tablespoon of butter and rub it all over the bottom of the pan, and halfway up the sides.
- Take your dough out of the bread machine and place on a lightly floured counter.
- Shape your dough into 15 equal sized rolls, and place evenly spaced in pan.
- Preheat oven to 200°. Once preheated, turn the oven off, and place your pan in the hot oven to rise for 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Remove pan from the oven. Preheat oven to 350°.
- Once preheated, put the pan back in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- After baking, rub the tops of the rolls with a stick of butter, or brush with melted butter. And Enjoy!
