Fluffy, Delicious Bread Machine Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) Instant Yeast
  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the bread machine in the order they are written above.
  2. Mix and rise in the bread machine. If you have the same machine that I have (linked in post and below), you will need to do a 'raw dough' cycle, then a 30 minute 'ferment' cycle.
  3. Spray a 9x13 pan. I use butter rather than spray. It works amazing! I just take a tablespoon-ish of butter and rub it all over the bottom of the pan, and halfway up the sides.
  4. Take your dough out of the bread machine and place on a lightly floured counter.
  5. Shape your dough into 15 equal sized rolls, and place evenly spaced in pan.
  6. Preheat oven to 200°. Once preheated, turn the oven off, and place your pan in the hot oven to rise for 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  7. Remove pan from the oven. Preheat oven to 350°.
  8. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  9. After baking, rub the tops of the rolls with a stick of butter, or brush with melted butter. And Enjoy!
